Kindrent is the new kid on the block in the letting sector. As a not-for-profit, they needed some help standing out amongst the competition, whilst appealing to landlords and tenants alike.
While Kindrent’s not-for-profit model is a strength, we needed to reassure landlords that this was a smart, not sentimental, choice. Our goal was to position Kindrent as a reliable, capable agent – one that also just happens to be more ethical and efficient.
We created Ray, a digital mascot embodying Kindrent’s AI-powered support system. Ray is friendly, responsive, and ever-present, just like the service itself.
Through illustration and brand language, we gave Kindrent a distinct personality that communicates professionalism and warmth in equal measure. Ray became a bridge between tech innovation and human trust.
